The Northern Teke of Congo, numbering approximately 101,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a people of Congo, Cuvette region, Ewo and Okoyo districts; Plateaux region, Abala District, west of Mpama River. They are an Indigenous people, in the Bantu, Northwest people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Protestantism. They primarily speak Teke-Tege.
