The Meen of Ethiopia, numbering approximately 238,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Ethiopia and can also be known as Me’enite, Suro, Mie’en, Meqan, Mieken, Men, Mekan, Mela. They are an Indigenous people, in the Nilotic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Eastern Orthodox. They primarily speak Me’en.
