The Chaudangsi of India

The Chaudangsi of India, numbering approximately 1,600 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a small indigenous Himalayan people group living along the India–Nepal border in the western Himalayas, primarily in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand (India) and adjacent parts of far‑western Nepal. They are an Indigenous people in the Tibetan people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Chaudangsi and their primary religion is Tibetan Buddhism.
