The Seok of India

The Seok of India, numbering approximately 1,900 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as a community of Kangra and Mandi districts, Himachal Pradesh, addressing themselves as Thakur or Chauhan, traditionally herders of livestock. Grazing of herds remains their main occupation.
They are an Indigenous people in the Rajasthani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Kangri is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.

The Seok are Unengaged and Unreached, which means there are less than 2% evangelical Christian populations among which there are no known efforts focused on establishing self-sustaining churches consistent with evangelical faith and practice.

Unreached yet Engaged

The Seok are Engaged yet Unreached, which means there are less than 2% evangelical Christian populations but there are sustained efforts at establishing self-sustaining churches consistent with evangelical faith and practice.

No longer Unreached

The Seok are No Longer Unreached, which means there are more than 2% evangelical Christian populations and there are churches consistent with evangelical faith and practice. There is still more to be done among them.
