The Yimchunger Naga of India

The Yimchunger Naga of India, numbering approximately 112,000 people, are No Longer Unreached.
They are described as a Naga community of Nagaland whose name means in search of a desired goal, having migrated from the southeast. Shifting cultivation remains primary, supplemented by trade and weaving, and many are now Christian.
They are an Indigenous people in the Tangsa Naga people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Naga, Yimchungru is their primary language and Protestantism is their primary religion.
