They are described as a community of India and can also be known as Ramgari, Bhawar, Rangredha, Rangari.
They are an Indigenous people, with Rangrez as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Marathi-Konkani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples.
Their primary religion is Hinduism.
They primarily speak Urdu.
