The Meithei of India

The Meithei of India, numbering approximately 1,885,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as a tribal ethnic group indigenous to the state of Manipur in northeast India and the Sylhet District of northeastern Bangladesh.
They are an Indigenous people in the Manipuri people cluster of the Himalayan Peoples affinity bloc.
Meitei is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
