The Gurunsi of Ghana, numbering approximately 1,290,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as one of five major dialects of Farefare (gur), a language of Ghana and can also be known as Frafra, Kasem, Gurenne, Gurenne.
They are an Indigenous people, with Nankani as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Gur people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African.
Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion.
They primarily speak Farefare.
