The Cong of Vietnam

The Cong of Vietnam, numbering approximately 2,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as a small Indigenous community in northwestern Vietnam, primarily in Lai Châu and Điện Biên provinces—especially in Mường Tè and Nam Nhun districts, along the Da River region and can also be known as Phunoi, Phu Noi, Phounoi, Cống, Côông.
They are an Diaspora people, with Phunoi as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan / Himalayan Peoples.
Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism.
They primarily speak Côông.
