The Popti of United States

The Popti of United States, numbering approximately 20,000 people, are No Longer Unreached.
They are described as a Mayan ethnic group indigenous to the border area between Chiapas is southern Mexico and Huehuetenango in northwestern Guatemala and can also be known as Jacalteco, Eastern Jacalteco, Western Jacalteco.
They are an Diaspora people, with Jacalteco / Popti as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Maya people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans.
Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion.
They primarily speak Jakalteko.
