The Molesalam of India

The Molesalam of India, numbering approximately 124,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as a Muslim community of Vadodara and Kheda districts in Gujarat, their name meaning landlords, tracing conversion to Islam through saints of Ajmer and Delhi. Agriculture remains their principal occupation, supplemented by wage labor.
They are an Indigenous people in the Gujarati people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Gujarati is their primary language and Sunni Islam is their primary religion.
