The Tuyuka of Brazil, numbering approximately 1,100 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as an Indigenous people of the Eastern Tukanoan language family, living in the northwestern Amazon along the Uaupés (Vaupés) River basin, spanning Brazil (Amazonas state) and parts of Colombia.
They are an Indigenous people in the South American Indigenous people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples affinity bloc.
Tuyuca is their primary language and Folk Catholicism is their primary religion.
