The Pako Kanai of Laos, numbering approximately 2,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are described as a tribal subgroup of the Pako people of Laos and can also be known as Kanai. They are an Indigenous people, with Pacoh / Pako as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism. They primarily speak Pacoh.
