The Rutul of Azerbaijan, numbering approximately 900 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Northeast Caucasian ethnic group indigenous to the Rutulsky district of Dagestan. They are an Diaspora people in the Caucasus people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Rutul and their primary religion is Sunni Islam.
