The Chaudhri of India

The Chaudhri of India, numbering approximately 418,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Gujarati-speaking scheduled tribe of Gujarat who claim Rajput descent and live mainly by settled cultivation. They are mostly Hindu, organized into Mota and Nana divisions with exogamous clans, and are also known as Chodhara. They are an Indigenous people in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Chodri and their primary religion is Animism.
