They are an indigenous community of Nigeria; a dialect subgroup of Ubaghara (byc) and can also be known as Biakpan. They are an Indigenous people, in the Benue people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Protestantism. They primarily speak Ubaghara.
